Frequently asked questions

Where do I collect in Finsbury Park?

We share the meeting point when your booking is confirmed. Finsbury Park station (Victoria and Piccadilly lines) is the easiest way to get there.

Can I choose between pickup areas?

Yes. Our own kits can be collected from Soho, Bethnal Green or Finsbury Park. Pick the one that suits your shoot when you book.

Do I need to verify my ID?

Yes. Every booking on LighRent needs a verified ID. You do it once, it takes a few minutes, and it stays on your account for future bookings.

Is damage cover included?

LighRent does not sell insurance. You are responsible for the kit during your hire, so for paid shoots we recommend your own equipment or production insurance. Any deposit is shown on the listing before you pay.
