Sony FE 85mm F1.8
The Sony FE 85mm F1.8 is a lightweight, optically sharp prime built for full-frame Sony E-mount bodies. It delivers reliable autofocus performance — including Eye AF compatibility — with a nine-blade circular aperture that produces smooth, rounded bokeh at wider openings. At 371g it sits comfortably on mirrorless bodies without adding bulk to a run-and-gun setup. This focal length works well for portraits, editorial shoots, and any situation where you want natural subject separation without the distortion of wider glass. The internal focus mechanism keeps the barrel length constant, and the optical stabilisation pairs neatly with in-body IBIS on supported Sony bodies. The lens is in excellent condition with no fungus, haze, or significant barrel wear. Collection is straightforward and the owner is happy to talk through the glass in person at handover.
